Withdraw from the contract

As a consumer you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give reasons. This function is free, and you immediately receive an acknowledgement stating the content, the date and the time of your request.

Withdrawal is neither ordinary termination nor account deletion. To stop a subscription after the statutory period, use "Terminate your contract".
