From the CSV export to a live store.

The loop of exporting products or orders, fixing them in a spreadsheet and importing the file again disappears. LinkyFlow reads the BigCommerce APIs and keeps the sheet connected to the store.

Every product, its variants and their prices

Load products with the SKU, the type, the list, sale and effective prices, the inventory level, availability and visibility — filtered by name, SKU, keyword, type, category, brand or stock — then their variants, images, custom fields, options and reviews. Create, update and delete products, variants, images, custom fields and brands from rows: every row reports what BigCommerce answered.

Orders, shipments and the customers behind them

Load orders by status, customer, date, total, payment method or channel, with their lines, shipping addresses, shipments, coupons, transactions and refunds. Create orders and shipments with their tracking number, update a status or a staff note, archive an order; create, update and delete customers, their addresses and customer groups.

Stock at each location, set to the quantity you choose

Read on hand, available to sell, safety stock and warning level for each SKU at up to five locations at once. Set Stock Level sets the absolute quantity of one SKU at one location — a set, never added to what was there. A write BigCommerce applied only in part tells you to check the record before sending it again.

From install to first export.

STEP 01

~1 min

Open LinkyFlow

Sign in to the LinkyFlow web app, or install the free add-in from AppSource and open it in Excel.

STEP 02

~2 min

Connect BigCommerce

In your BigCommerce control panel, create a store-level API account (V2/V3 API token) with the scopes you want LinkyFlow to use — Products, Orders, Customers, Store inventory, Marketing… — then paste its API path and access token. LinkyFlow checks what the token can read.

STEP 03

~30 s

Load and work

Pick Products, load — then filter, add formulas, or edit prices and publish them back to the store from the same sheet.

Your BigCommerce store. Your spreadsheet.

Connect your store and work on its catalogue, orders, customers and stock in Excel or on the web.

Frequently asked questions

What BigCommerce data can LinkyFlow access?

The catalogue (products, variants, images, custom fields, options, modifiers, reviews, brands and categories), the orders (their lines, shipping addresses, shipments, coupons, transactions, refunds and your store's order statuses), the customers with their addresses and groups, the inventory locations and the stock at each, coupons, promotions and the store's own information — 26 queries over the BigCommerce V2 and V3 APIs. Webhooks are not supported.

Can LinkyFlow write to BigCommerce?

Yes, from Excel and the web app: create, update and delete products, variants, product images (added from a public image URL), custom fields, brands, customers, customer addresses, customer groups and coupons; create and update orders, archive them (BigCommerce keeps an archived order, restorable from its control panel) and create shipments with their tracking number; set the stock of one SKU at one location to an absolute quantity. Categories, refunds, promotions and reviews are read-only.

What do I need to connect?

A store-level API account with a V2/V3 API token, created under Settings → API → Store-level API accounts in your BigCommerce control panel. Grant the scopes you want LinkyFlow to use, each optional — Products, Orders, Order transactions (read-only), Customers, Store inventory and Store locations, Marketing, and Information & settings (read-only), which names the connection after your store — set to modify to write, read-only to only read. Paste the API path and the access token BigCommerce shows — the token is shown only once.

How are prices handled?

BigCommerce takes prices as numbers: a cell holding "19.99" is converted before it is sent. The effective price is the one BigCommerce computes from the list and sale prices, so it is read-only.

Can ChatGPT or Claude work with my BigCommerce store?

Yes, to read it: through MCP they can read your catalogue, orders, customers, stock and coupons with the same connection. Every write — deletes and stock levels included — stays in Excel and the web app.
