Amazon Seller Central connection setup
This guide walks you through connecting an Amazon seller account to LinkyFlow so you can work with its listings, stock, orders, settlements and reports in Excel or in the web app. There is no key to copy.
Amazon has not approved LinkyFlow's SP-API application yet. Until it does, the button says that connecting Amazon is not available yet, and no Amazon connection can be made.
Requirements
- An Amazon seller account (Seller Central), not a Vendor Central account
- Your Seller Central login, with the right to authorize applications for the account
Step 1 — Approve LinkyFlow in Seller Central
- In Excel or the web app, open Connections → Add connection.
- Choose Amazon Seller Central from the provider list.
- Click Connect with Amazon: LinkyFlow lists the Amazon stores. Pick the one you sell on — its Seller Central is where you approve LinkyFlow.
- Sign in to Seller Central if it asks.
- Review what LinkyFlow asks for, and approve it.
Amazon brings you back to LinkyFlow, and the connection is ready. One connection is your authorization in one region: it covers every marketplace you sell in there — Amazon.fr, Amazon.de and the other European stores together. LinkyFlow renews its access by itself: the access token lasts one hour and is renewed from your authorization. Amazon asks a seller to renew an authorization once a year: when it ends, the connection says so, and you approve LinkyFlow again.
Step 2 — Load your first query
- Insert a LinkyFlow query and pick the Amazon Seller Central provider.
- Choose Marketplaces, select your connection in the Link field, and run it: each row is one marketplace of your region, with its ID.
- Choose Listings, and run it. Leave Marketplace empty to read the connection's own, or give the ID of another one.
- Choose Orders: without a window, the orders updated in the last 30 days.
Step 3 — Read an amount and a moment
An amount is an exact decimal in the currency of its record: 12.50 with EUR is 12.50 EUR. A moment is in ISO 8601.
Amazon's quotas
Amazon limits how often each operation may be called, per seller: an order search, for instance, about once every three minutes after a short burst. A query refused for that says so; wait and run it again. Loading every page of a large table is capped at 20 pages.
Ending LinkyFlow's access
In Seller Central, go to Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps, then remove LinkyFlow's authorization: this ends its access, and the connection stops working until you approve LinkyFlow again. Amazon gives an application no way to end an authorization itself, so deleting the connection in LinkyFlow leaves the authorization in place until you remove it there.
LinkyFlow keeps its access to your seller account server-side: it is never shown, and never sent to an AI assistant.
