Amazon stock and orders

Load your Amazon stock and orders into Excel or the web app, then act on them from the Actions pane. Each action writes one record, from your own click. Every query and every action names its marketplace in the Marketplace field; left empty, it is the connection's own.

Read the stock

1. Insert a LinkyFlow query, choose Amazon Seller Central, then the query Marketplaces, and note the ID of the marketplace you want.
2. Choose the query Stock (FBM). Narrow before loading with SKUs (up to 20, comma-separated), Status, or an update or creation date.
3. Run it. Each row is one listing: its SKU, ASIN, title, how it is fulfilled and, when you ship it yourself (MERCHANT), its Quantity. A listing Amazon fulfils (AMAZON) has no quantity here.

FBA Stock reads what Amazon holds for you, by SKU: Fulfillable (what Amazon can ship now), inbound, Reserved, unfulfillable and Total. Narrow it with SKUs (up to 50) or Changed since. It is read only.

Set an FBM quantity

1. On a Stock (FBM) row of a listing you ship yourself, open the Actions pane and choose Set Stock.
2. Give the Quantity to make available from now on: a whole number, set, never added to what was there.
3. Send it. LinkyFlow reads the listing first: a listing Amazon fulfils is refused, nothing sent. Amazon checks the change, then applies it within minutes: a read right after may still show the former quantity. Amazon offers no check against a sale: the quantity you give replaces what the listing showed, a sale made since your read included.

Set a price

On a Listings row, choose Set Price and give the listing's consumer price: a set, never an adjustment, in the marketplace's currency — taxes included where the marketplace shows prices so (Europe).

Confirm a shipment

1. Choose the query Orders, filtered by Status (UNSHIPPED for the orders waiting for you), Fulfilled By (MERCHANT), or an update or creation window. Without one, the orders updated in the last 30 days.
2. Select an order you ship yourself. The Actions pane offers Confirm Shipment only while it waits to be shipped; this is checked again before the write.
3. Give the Carrier (Amazon's code: Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, UPS…, or Other with its Carrier Name) and the Tracking Number, and the Items shipped — empty, every item not shipped yet, each with its quantity still to ship. Ship Date defaults to now.

Order Items reads one row per item of your orders: SKU, ASIN, quantity ordered, shipped and still to ship, unit price and proceeds.

In a cell

Each read is also an Excel function, among them =LF.amazon.inventoryLevels, =LF.amazon.orders and =LF.amazon.listings. A function reads; the actions run from the Actions pane. The Amazon Seller Central connection reference prints each function with its arguments.
