LinkyFlow for PayPal
The PayPal connection brings your PayPal business account into Excel and the LinkyFlow web app. Load transactions with their fees, your balances, disputes, invoices, catalog products and subscription plans as structured tables, analyse them with your formulas, and draft, send or cancel invoices without leaving the spreadsheet.
Key capabilities
Bookkeeping from the transaction ledger Load every movement on the account — sales, refunds, fees, payouts, adjustments — with the payer, the gross amount and the fee PayPal took. PayPal serves 31 days per query; pick All results and LinkyFlow reads a longer period in 31-day slices for you.
Balances and disputes Read the total, available and withheld balance per currency, and follow buyer disputes and chargebacks with their stage, state, amount and the transaction they are about.
Invoices, from draft to paid List invoices with the recipient, the total and what is still due. Create drafts in bulk from rows, then Send or Cancel them from the Actions pane — each row says which action it allows right now.
Subscription catalog Read catalog products and billing plans, create them from rows, and activate or deactivate a plan.
