TikTok Shop connection setup
This guide walks you through connecting a TikTok Shop seller account to LinkyFlow so you can work with its products, SKUs, stock, orders, after-sales and settlements in Excel or in the web app. There is no key to copy.
LinkyFlow's TikTok Shop app is not approved by TikTok yet. Until TikTok approves it, the button says that signing in with TikTok Shop is not available yet, and no TikTok Shop connection can be made.
Requirements
- A TikTok Shop seller account, in France or another market LinkyFlow's app is approved for
- Your Seller Center login, with the right to authorize apps for your shops
Step 1 — Authorize LinkyFlow's TikTok Shop app
- In Excel or the web app, open Connections → Add connection.
- Choose TikTok Shop from the provider list.
- Click Connect with TikTok Shop: TikTok Shop opens the authorization page of LinkyFlow's app.
- Sign in to Seller Center if it asks.
- Review the permissions it lists, and approve them.
TikTok Shop brings you back to LinkyFlow, and the connection is ready. One connection is your seller authorization: it covers every shop you authorized — one for a local seller, one per market for a cross-border seller. LinkyFlow renews its access by itself: the access token lasts seven days and is renewed from the authorization, which lasts until you end it. There is nothing to do when a token expires.
Step 2 — Load your first query
- Insert a LinkyFlow query and pick the TikTok Shop provider.
- Choose Shops, select your connection in the Link field, and run it: each row is one shop of your authorization, with its ID.
- Choose Products, and run it. Leave Shop empty to read the connection's first shop, or give the ID of another one.
- Choose Warehouses, then Stock: each row of Stock is one SKU in one warehouse.
Step 3 — Read an amount and a moment
An amount is an exact decimal in the currency of its record: 12.50 with EUR is 12.50 EUR. A moment is a Unix time, in seconds.
Testing without a live shop
TikTok Shop has no sandbox. Its test shops are development shops, made in Seller Center: one connects like any other shop.
Ending LinkyFlow's access
In Seller Center, go to App Store → My apps and incidents, then cancel LinkyFlow's authorization: this ends its access, and the connection stops working until you authorize the app again. TikTok Shop gives an app no way to end an authorization itself, so deleting the connection in LinkyFlow leaves the authorization in place until you cancel it there.
LinkyFlow keeps its access to your seller account server-side: it is never shown, and never sent to an AI assistant.
